1. General Information

These Terms of Service govern all services provided by Precesionforge, operating out of Bangalore, Karnataka, India. By requesting a quote, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Offered

• Engineering Design & CAD Services
• FDM 3D Printing Services
• Composite Fabrication (Hand Layup, Compression Moulding, Vacuum Bagging)

All services are custom and provided based on client requirements shared through written communication.

3. Engineering Design & CAD Services

• All design charges must be paid 100% upfront before work begins.
• Design pricing is based on part complexity and scope.
• Each design includes two (2) free iterations.
• Additional revisions beyond two iterations will incur extra charges.
• Design-only requests are charged at a premium rate compared to combined design + manufacturing orders.
• Design fees are non-refundable once work has started.

4. FDM 3D Printing Services

• A partial advance payment is required to confirm the order.
• The remaining balance is payable post-delivery or before dispatch, as agreed.
• Pricing depends on material, quantity, infill, layer height, supports, and print time.

Replacement Policy (FDM Only)

• No refunds are provided for FDM printing.
• Replacement parts will be provided only for items damaged or lost during shipping.
• Replacement is subject to verification against our production inventory.
• Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Composite Fabrication Services

• Raw material and production charges must be paid 100% upfront.
• Production begins only after payment confirmation.
• We offer hand layup, compression moulding, and vacuum bagging processes.
• Prepreg and resin infusion processes are not offered.
• No refunds are provided once material procurement or production has started.

6. Delivery & Shipping

• Delivery charges are not included unless explicitly mentioned.
• Standard delivery is via Speed Post (India Post).
• Typical packaging and delivery costs range between ₹60–₹90, depending on distance.
• Delivery timelines follow India Post Speed Post norms.
• Alternative courier services can be arranged at the customer’s request.
• Charges for alternative delivery services are payable by the customer as per courier billing.

Precesionforge is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss once the package is handed over to the courier.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• No refunds for engineering design once work has started.
• No refunds for composite fabrication once production begins.
• No refunds for FDM printing; replacement applies only for shipping issues.
• No refunds or replacements for errors caused by incorrect client-provided files or specifications.

8. Confidentiality & NDA

• We work with individuals, students, startups, research teams, and companies.
• NDAs and confidentiality agreements are supported only if requested by the client.
• Requests must be made at the time of order placement or before delivery.
• By default, projects are not treated as confidential unless agreed in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

Precesionforge’s liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of delivered parts or designs.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Bangalore, Karnataka.
