Engineering design

Our engineering design services make use of advanced CAD tools for 3D modeling, product development, and prototyping. We specialize in concept design, precise mechanical drafting, and design optimization, while also providing full support to achieve manufacturing-ready deliverables.

FDM 3D Printing

We provide FDM 3D printing services with a wide range of materials including PLA, PETG, ABS, wood composite PLA, and nylon. We also support high-temperature plastics such as HIPS, nylon-carbon fibre, and flame-retardant materials. Post-processing services are available, both generic and material-specific.

Composite Fabrication

In our composite fabrication work, we employ two main approaches: compression moulding, in which we design and produce both the mould and the finished composite component, and traditional hand layup carried out over hand-carved moulds, which is especially suited for creating larger structures.

Review & Approval

We conduct a thorough validation process to ensure alignment with client requirements. At this stage, we may request design adjustments for better suitability or, for approved parts, share detailed information such as images, dimensions, and tolerances of manufactured components.

Packaging & Delivery

After validation, the final product is carefully packaged to ensure safe handling and transit. We coordinate reliable shipping and delivery so your parts arrive securely and on time, ready for use.
